Privacy notice

Draft, pending legal review. This notice describes what the snowfence.ai website does today. It hasn’t been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and it may change before it is final.

This notice covers the snowfence.ai website: what it collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It doesn’t cover the Snowfence product, which runs in a customer’s own environment under that customer’s agreement with us. The security page describes what the product sees and keeps.

What the website collects

When you book a demo, the form asks for your name, your company’s website, your work email and a phone number. We use these only to reply to you and arrange the demo. We don’t sell them, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

When you visit any page, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and doesn’t build a profile of you. It records things such as the page, the referring site, the country and the type of browser, and we see them only as totals.

Cloudflare, which hosts the site, also processes your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.

The site has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no third-party fonts, and it sets no cookies of its own.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we’re talking to you about Snowfence, and delete them when that conversation ends, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email pratik@snowfence.ai and say it is a privacy request, and we’ll reply within a day.
